On April 22nd, Cub Scout Pack 3239 from the Marne area met for a cleaning “work bee” at Wright Fire Station/Office. The Cub Scouts and parents grabbed rakes, shovels and brooms to remove winter debris from the lawn, refresh the wood chips and sweep the asphalt areas. They accomplished a great deal in a couple of hours.
“It is wonderful to see these young boys being trained to take an active part in serving the community. On behalf of Wright Township, I wish to thank the Cub Scouts and their parents for all of the help.”
